Red Hibiscus – I / Pua Aloalo ‘Ula – I

Red Hibiscus (I)

The Hibiscus flower is ubiquitous in Hawaiian life, it’s simple presence can make you feel like you’re in paradise. The flowers are used in tea and have some reported health benefits such as lowering hypertension.

No wonder that looking at this naturally healing flower makes me feel so peaceful.
